Upper and Lower Body Workout

  1. Hey can you explain or post pictures of the exercises in this workout? I'm having trouble doing burpees correctly (I keep moving backwards and then my feet hit the wall). It's easier to see the form in pictures.

    1. They take some practice. Try following the instructions I just posted. If you are still moving backwards each time, try taking a step forward each time you return to the standing position before jumping back again.
