Banana Cereal

I got the idea for this recipe from Megan Elizabeth on Easy to be Raw. Check out her YouTube channel for more great low fat raw vegan recipes.

This is a great meal for breakfast or for dessert! I love the taste of cinnamon and add it to many of my sweet and savory recipes. Cinnamon has antioxidant properties and aids in lowering blood sugar, triglycerides, and cholesterol.
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 golden delicious or gala apples
  • 1 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 dates or ¼ cup raisins

Instructions
  1. Blend your bananas in the blender
  2. Chop the apples and dates in a food processor
  3. Put the chopped apples and dates in a bowl
  4. Pour the banana “milk” over the apples and dates
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
