Booty Burning Workout

This workout will make your butt muscles burn in a good way!

Tabletop position – knees and palms on the mat, knees below hips, palms below shoulders, flat back

In tabletop -
20 bent leg raises on the right
20 bent leg raises on the left

Stand up - 20 full squats, 10 low squat pulses

In tabletop -
30 straight leg raises on the right
30 straight leg raises on the left

Stand up - 20 full squats, 10 low squat pulses

In tabletop -
20 bent leg raises on the right
30 straight leg raises on the right
20 bent leg raises on the left
30 straight leg raises on the left

Stand up - 20 full squats, 10 low squat pulses
