This is a great meal for breakfast or for dessert! I love the
taste of cinnamon and add it to many of my sweet and savory recipes. Cinnamon
has antioxidant properties and aids in lowering blood sugar, triglycerides, and
cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 golden delicious or gala apples
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 dates or ¼ cup raisins
Instructions
- Blend your bananas in the blender
- Chop the apples and dates in a food processor
- Put the chopped apples and dates in a bowl
- Pour the banana “milk” over the apples and dates
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
